Returns & exchanges
Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or cancelled. You can write to us at support@soulflex.in and request for a replacement only under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged at the time of delivery
- Wrong goods delivered
- Wrong quantity delivered
If the goods delivered are damaged due to the aforementioned points, the user must send photographs/videos of the goods on support@soulflex.in within 48 hours of delivery. Only after the Soulflex team is has verified the condition of the good(s), shall the replacement be made.
Once verified by the Soulflex team, the goods will be replaced and will be delivered back to you. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability of goods. If replacement is not possible due to non-availability of stock, then other goods of the same value will be delivered to you. Each item can only be exchanged once.
After approval, pickup of the goods will be arranged through our courier partners. Please keep the goods ready with all original tags/labels/invoices/packaging/accessories.
Please take care of the following points while packing your goods for pickup:
- Should be packed properly to avoid any damages during transit
- Goods should not be used/altered/tampered with
- Keep original price tag & packing intact
Replacement can be refused if:
a) Damages caused to the goods on account of negligence or improper usage on the part of the customer,
b) If the goods show sign of wear and tear in any way,
c) Damages caused due to misuse of the goods,
d) The wrong goods were handed over to the pickup agent,
e) The customer changed their mind about the goods
Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the goods. Please allow upto 10 days from the date we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.
